Built by a CRNA, for CRNAs.
As a locum CRNA, I found myself constantly juggling spreadsheets, calendars, and mental math trying to answer simple questions: Am I on track this month? Am I working too much? Can I afford to take that vacation?
I saw a need that nobody was addressing — a tool built specifically for locum CRNAs to track income, monitor burnout risk, and make smarter decisions about their schedules. Rebel Forecaster is my attempt to solve that problem.
Rebel Forecaster gives locum CRNAs a clear picture of their income, hours, and workload — whether you connect your calendar or log shifts manually. The goal is simple: give you the data you need to take control of your career and your well-being.
Features include income projections, burnout monitoring, call compensation tracking, rate schedule management, and a financial dashboard that updates in real time as your schedule changes.
Privacy isn't a feature — it's the foundation. Here's what that means in practice:
Your data is yours — We don't sell, share, or monetize your information. Ever.
No tracking — No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no user profiling. We don't build profiles on you or share data with advertisers.
Encrypted and isolated — Your data is encrypted and completely separated from every other user. Your information is never shared, sold, or used for anything beyond running the app.
No sensitive personal info stored — We never collect Social Security numbers, bank accounts, credit cards, or any protected health information.
If you ever have concerns about how your data is handled, reach out. Transparency is the whole point.
Rebel Forecaster is currently in beta. That means things may change, features may be added or removed, and there might be the occasional bug. Your feedback is invaluable in helping shape this tool into something that truly serves the CRNA community. If you run into issues or have ideas, I want to hear them.
