By creating an account or using Rebel Forecaster ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is provided by Rebel Anesthesia LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Service.
Rebel Forecaster is a free income tracking, shift management, and burnout monitoring tool designed for locum CRNAs. The Service connects to your calendar via read-only iCal URLs to calculate income projections and shift data. The Service does not provide financial, tax, legal, or medical advice.
The Service is currently in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed at any time. While we make every effort to provide a reliable experience, you acknowledge that the Service may contain bugs, errors, or interruptions. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy of calculations, or availability of features.
AI-Assisted Development: This application was developed with the assistance of AI coding tools. While the developer has a technical background and has implemented security measures using established platforms, the codebase has not undergone a formal third-party security audit or independent code review.
Infrastructure: Authentication, password hashing, and row-level data isolation are handled by Supabase, an enterprise-grade database platform. Hosting and HTTPS encryption are provided by Vercel. These platform-level protections are not dependent on application code.
Data you provide: The Service collects your email address, an encrypted password, facility names, hourly rates, shift preferences, and a read-only calendar URL. Income projections and dashboard figures are calculated in real time and are not stored. The Service does not collect Social Security numbers, bank account information, credit card numbers, or protected health information (PHI).
Assumption of risk: By using the Service, you acknowledge that no software is guaranteed to be free of vulnerabilities. You understand the nature of the Service as described above and accept responsibility for the information you choose to enter. If you are not comfortable with these terms, please do not use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service, including facility information, hourly rates, and calendar URLs. We do not claim any ownership rights to your data. You may delete your account and request removal of your data at any time by contacting us at adam@rebelanesthesia.com.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data, reverse-engineer the platform, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. You agree not to use automated systems to scrape or overload the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REBEL ANESTHESIA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE, AND YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK.
The income projections, tax estimates, and other calculations provided by the Service are for informational and planning purposes only. They should not be relied upon as financial, tax, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional for financial and tax decisions.
The Service — including its design, source code, user interface, features, branding, logos, and documentation — is the exclusive property of Rebel Anesthesia LLC and is protected by United States copyright law, trademark law, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service or any part of it
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service or attempt to derive the source code
Use the name "Rebel Forecaster," "Rebel Anesthesia," or any associated branding, logos, or trade dress without prior written permission
Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the Service beyond your own account data
Build a competing product or service that substantially replicates the features, design, or user experience of the Service
All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved by Rebel Anesthesia LLC. Your use of the Service grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose only.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, though we will make reasonable efforts to allow you to retrieve your data.
